What method of payment can I use?
Body In Tune accepts payments via direct debit or credit card via PayPal.
Not in stock?
Where an item is out of stock at a supplier the customer will be given the option of placing the item on back-order or cancelling the order.
How long does shipping take?
All Australian orders are dispatched via regular Australia Post parcel service. Your order will be posted between 1-3 business days (pending stock availability). Orders are usually received within 5 business days.
If your order contains multiple products you may receive your order in separate shipments; you will be notified of this.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently Body In Tune does not ship products internationally.
Gift vouchers, although, are purchasable and will be emailed to the buyer. Please note, gift vouchers are valid for 3 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all Australian orders over $100.00
Orders of under $100 will incur Australia Post regular parcel rates. This is based on total weight of order and is calculated at checkout.
In the event of multiple shipments you will be charged the one shipment fee.
If you would like to receive the tracking number for your parcel, please contact to request.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Please notify us within 2-3 weeks of your order confirmation should your order not have arrived. The longer you take to inform us the more difficult it becomes to locate within the postal system. Orders cannot be tracked 6 weeks past the date they are lodged with Australia Post.
We will not be held accountable for orders not received if we are not notified within a 3 weeks of dispatch.
My order has still not been delivered?
Firstly check the postage times above, respective to your location. Next, locate your confirmation email and check your address is correct.
We post as per your PayPal address, so ensure this is correct.
Can I pick up more order?
Yes you can collect your order from the Body In Tune Clinic, Crows Nest Sydney Australia.
As I am with clients during the day an exact date and time needs to be set of when you will be collecting. The shipment fee will be refunded when you collect your order. If you fail to personally collect your order at the set time it will be posted to your shipping address.
To arrange a personal collection, when in Your Cart please Add a Note to Your Order of "I will personally collect from the Crows Nest clinic". I will contact you to arranged a day and time.
