What method of payment can I use?
Body In Tune accepts payments via direct debit or credit card via PayPal.
Not in stock?
Where an item is out of stock at a supplier the customer will be given the option of placing the item on back-order or cancelling the order.
How long does shipping take?
All Australian orders are dispatched via regular Australia Post parcel service. Your order will be posted between 1-3 business days (pending stock availability). Orders are usually received within 5 business days.
If your order contains multiple products you may receive your order in separate shipments; you will be notified of this.
Do you ship internationally?
Body In Tune ships internationally on a selected range of products.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for all Australian orders over $100.00 via Australia Post.
Australian orders of under $100 will incur Australia Post or Sendle regular parcel rates. This is based on packaging size and is calculated at checkout.
In the event of multiple shipments you will be charged the one shipment fee.
International orders - is available for small sized products. Shipping rates are based on Sendle regular parcel rates.
Tracking number will be provided with confirmation of shipment email.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Please notify us within 2-3 weeks of your order confirmation should your order not have arrived. The longer you take to inform us the more difficult it becomes to locate within the postal system. Orders cannot be tracked 6 weeks past the date they are lodged with Australia Post.
We will not be held accountable for orders not received if we are not notified within a 3 weeks of dispatch.
My order has still not been delivered?
Firstly check the postage times above, respective to your location. Next, locate your confirmation email and check your address is correct.
We post as per your PayPal address, so ensure this is correct.
Can I pick up more order?
Yes you can collect your order from the Body In Tune Clinic, Crows Nest Sydney Australia.
Some items, mainly the pillows, require a few days to arrive from the supplier.
As I'm working in a consulting clinical space, a day and rough time will be required to arrange collection to minimize interruption to clinical sessions.
